Selfie has been named the word of the year by the Oxford Dictionary.
Selfie is the picture you take of yourself with a smart phone or webcam and upload to a social media like Facebook.
It was chosen as the word of the year because it increased 17,000% in use.
Why do you think we take pictures of ourselves in the web? to be liked by our friends? to be popular? It seems very
selfish to me. We need to be more selfless.
